I'm Paige Bond (she/her) and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida and South Carolina seeing clients across the states via telehealth. I work with adults feeling anxious in their relationships whether it's navigating nonmonogamy, working out the kinks in preparation for marriage, or healing unresolved relational conflicts. My approach I use the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy so that we have a roadmap to get you the DREAM relationship(s) you've been wanting. I won't just sit back and listen, I will be an active participant in your treatment by being direct with gentle humor and confrontation when needed. My focus I tend to work with folx who might identify as kinky, polyamorous, non-monogamous, a sex worker, or part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I help partnerships who get stuck navigating nonmonogamy get back on track to the relationship they want, couples who want to be or are recently engaged prepare for a lifetime of happiness with premarital counseling, and people-pleasers feeling anxious in their relationship to find peace and joy so they can get the love life they've been waiting for. My communication style I help my clients find balance, playfulness, and fulfillment in their relationships by teaching them practical tools to use in everyday interactions so they can bridge the gap with the ones they love most. I give practical tools and exercises for you to use before, during, and after our sessions.
